Sign-in Procedure      

All classes are drop-in. Unless specified, NO booking is required.

                      

Some Tips        

Try not to eat at least 2 hours prior to class.  

Studio opens about 15 mins prior to class.    

If you don't feel well,  please refrain from joining class.
