The other day, a French lady came to join YOU's Hatha yoga.
Except individual adjustments, lesson were done in Japanese.
Later on that French lady's friend came to pick her and asked.
”How was a lesson? (French）”
”They spoke Japanese but not problem (English)”
”-watched YOU's demonstration and listened to Yoga poses name, like triconasana.（English）”
”Yoga is a global language（English）”, I said.
”Merci” said YOU.
Isn't it good?
Now 4 languages are spoken at K YOGA incl. Yoga. (Rest are English, Mandarin and Japanese).
Generally OK for most of the time.
