There're quite a lot variations of this posture.
Many yoga postures has bird's name.
Pigeon, peacock, hawk, eagle, swan, crow and bird of paradise.
Though they are not birds but with wings, air plane, butterfly.
Human beings do not have wings,
therefore we long for everything with wings.
If we can fly, necessary exercise may change.
